At CrossFit Manta Ray, we know how important fitness is to optimizing health. We also know that it is not the only thing, nor the most important thing, to help you reach your goals. The difference you will experience at CMR is that your coaches and fellow athletes genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. Our community is positive, supportive, and non-intimidating – regardless of your fitness level.

There are three main components we incorporate to ensure success (You have to have all three!):

Fitness Our workouts are a well-rounded mixture of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Conditioning. Our training balances and improves all ten elements of fitness: Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, Stamina, Power, Speed, Accuracy, Agility, Coordination, Balance. Our program is designed to cater to all fitness levels. We have three programming tracks: Fitness, Performance and Sport. Whether you are starting at a 0 or a 100, we have the program for you. Most importantly, we have a world-class coaching team who will guide you through the process.

Nutrition – Arguably the most important piece for reaching optimal health, nutrition is at the forefront of what we preach at CMR. Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, perform, or just be healthy – nutrition is the foundation that we build upon. You can’t out train a bad diet! We incorporate nutrition education regularly at CMR, and offer 1-1 Nutrition Coaching as well as an all encompassing 6 Week Challenge that is fantastic for beginners.

Accountability –This is our business. This is what sets Manta Ray apart from other programs, gyms and the like. Our team genuinely cares about your success, and we do everything possible to help you stay the course on your journey. We are the gym that will reach out if we haven’t seen you and help you get back in the gym when life tries to get in the way. Our entire community of athletes is a positive, encouraging group. Beyond classes, we regularly host member events, socials and gatherings. You will make friends that last a lifetime, and find your fit fam here at CMR.
