This is our Workout of the Day (W.O.D.) as prescribed by our coaching staff. In our CrossFit class you will focus an hour of your time toward pushing yourself to the next level. Here, we take athletes of all ages and fitness levels and train as a group. You can expect a thorough warm up, stretch, and skill session at the beginning of each WOD. Our coaches will modify the WOD to fit each individual in the group. You can be certain that our coaches and family of athletes will give you a friendly, motivational push during your workout. Your CrossFit class ends with a brief cool down and a post workout stretch to ensure long term safety and mobility. Our CrossFit class will provide a fun and intense atmosphere ideal to help you excel and reach your goals. We will do this by staying true to the methodologies that have made CrossFit so wildly popular and effective. This is the go-to class for beginners and experienced athletes alike!
Barbell Club is structured similar to our CrossFit class, but instead has a heavy emphasis on Olympic Weightlifting. Olympic Lifting is a popular sport itself, as well as an important component of CrossFit. Barbell Club stays true to the definition of CrossFit (Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movements), yet is performed within the confines of Olympic Weightlifting. Since Barbell Club will focus on more complex movements, the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch; the CrossFit class is recommended and may be required before attending. These Olympic Lifts have the unique capacity to elicit a healthy hormone response and jump start gains in power, strength, speed, etc. Due to these benefits, Barbell Club is a great, effective option for our athletes!
One on One
CrossFit One on One training is a program for those who wish to have a coach focus solely on them during their session. Your coach will instruct you individually on the Workout of the Day (W.O.D.). One on One sessions will have your technique and training progressing at a fast rate.
