One On One

Manta Ray One on One is available to athletes seeking to fine tune their movements. During a One on One session, you will receive the undivided attention of one of our Head Coaches. Sessions are generally 45 minutes in length and focus on perfecting the 9 Foundational Movements that make up our barbell lifts, gymnastics movements, and other efficiency techniques to improve your overall performance in CrossFit.
