The Way to try out, and perhaps join, CrossFit Manta Ray starts with your Free Introduction to CrossFit Session. These sessions are done in small groups or one on one per your request. Whether you have never worked out a day in your life, you’re an athlete, or you’re an experienced CrossFitter; the Free Intro Session is our way of introducing you to our community and showing you what we have to offer. We also want to learn a little about you.
During your session, a coach will explain to you what CrossFit is and illustrate how we help you reach your individual goals. We will also go over what to expect as one of our athletes and touch a bit on CrossFit Principles and Nutrition. In addition, you will participate in a brief workout with one of our coaches. Remember, this is all FREE and will be done according to your fitness level.
GOALS + MOTIVATION = SUCCESS!!
Please wear something that you are comfortable exercising in and bring a water bottle, as well as anything necessary to better your workout. Plan to be with us for about an hour during this session. Oh, and most importantly, bring us your story and your goals; we would really like to hear about them!
After your session, we will let you know what your membership options are and what we recommend based on your goals and fitness level.
