Your journey at CrossFit Manta Ray starts with your “No Sweat Free Intro.” These sessions are done One on One with a Manta Ray Trainer. Whether you have never worked out a day in your life, you’re an athlete, or you’re an experienced CrossFitter; the Free Intro Session is our way of introducing you to our community and showing you what we have to offer. We also want to learn a little about you.
During your session, we want to hear from YOU. We want to know about your goals so that we can best help you reach them. Our passion at Manta Ray is to change lives, and in order to get you on the fast track to success – we just need to know where we are headed! During your session, you will also get a thorough explanation of all our programs and answer any of your questions. By understanding your goals and motivation, we will be able to find the best possible option to help you achieve them!
