Workouts shouldn’t be made to “crush you” so you can’t walk the next day. Don’t get us wrong, you will be sore! But our overall experience is a fun and effective class, that you can come back to day in and day out and feel your best long into your life. CrossFit classes are scalable to any fitness level.
