CrossFit

Manta Ray CrossFit is our main program and embraces the tried and true philosophy of “Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, performed at a High Intensity.” Our high energy classes generally consist of a group warm-up, a strength aspect, a “WOD” (Workout of the Day), and a group cool down stretch. The camaraderie and community at Manta Ray provide a fun atmosphere where you can push your limits and reach new heights of fitness. All classes are one hour in duration and led by a certified coach.

Before attending our CrossFit classes, athletes must first graduate through our OnRamp program where they will become familiar with the 9 Foundational Movements as well as Olympic Lifting and various gymnastics movements.
